- What are the advantages of Rent-To-Own?

- How do I make a payment?
- Payments may be made on our website by clicking on Make A Payment at the top of the page. If this is the first time you have used our Customer Portal, you will need to create a Login ID before using the system.
- What forms of payment do you accept?

Douglas, GA 31533 - Can I pay more than my monthly payment amount?
The short answer is, Yes! You may pay more than your regular monthly payment.
Your extra payment will be applied to the next month's payment. This means that if you are not past due, and make two payments in January, you will not be due for another payment until March. This allows you to pay off your contract quicker, but it DOES NOT save you any money! Also, we are not able to offer refunds for payments paid in advance.
The only way to save money is to pay off the remainder of the contract in ONE lump sum.
- Can I get a refund?
We generally do not offer refunds for any reason. This includes offering refunds when payments have been intentionally paid in advance. The only exception would be in rare instances when a payment is mistakenly duplicated.

- How can I offer my Customers Rent-To-Own financing options?
- You may become a dealer by simply completeing this form. You may also contact us at 912-383-8157. Once approved, you will receive a Login ID and Password for our site, and begin creating contract documents immediately.
- How long does funding take?
- Once we have received all required signed documents, and the contract is verified with the customer, we enter the contract. Your check, or ACH, will be processed the very next day.
